How do I file a claim?
Take your vehicle to a licensed repair facility of your choice. Provide the repair facility representative with a copy of your Vehicle Service Contract. If you believe the failure may be covered by this Service Contract, obtain approval PRIOR to having your work performed by calling the Administrator at 1-800-871-0467.
What is covered under my plan?
Both of our plan options cover an extensive list of covered components. Click here to view the Accelerate & Redline Plan details on what’s covered and not covered.
Does My Coverage pay for Parts and Labor?
We will pay for Parts and Labor for any covered claim. We will also provide Towing and rental car reimbursement.
Does my vehicle need to be inspected?
No, your vehicle does not need to be inspected, but every contract comes with a validation period of 30 days and 1000 miles before you can make a claim.
Is this Service Contract cancellable?
Yes, you may cancel this contract at any time. The cancellation fee is $50. See page 12 & 13 of the example policy for additional details.
How do I cancel this Service Contract?
Contact Regent Warranty at customerservice@regentwarranty.com to request a cancellation and sign the cancellation form.
Is this Service Contract transferable?
Yes, this Service Contract can be transferred by the Vehicle Owner shown on the front Registration page upon the sale of the vehicle to another private party. Only one transfer is permitted during the term of the Service Contract. There is a $50 transfer fee. See page 12 of the example policy for additional details.
Who is Royal?
Royal is the Administrator responsible for administering your Vehicle Service Contract.
